Quick Thoughts

I've been out of the country on vacation and haven't been able to keep up with what's been going on in Sharks country. After I'm able to wrap my head around everything that's happened, hopefully I'll be able to offer up more insightful thoughts.

For the time being... I'm watching bits and pieces of Game 2 and the Sharks are making the Ducks look like ducklings. Our penalty kill towards the end of the first period was AWESOME. It felt like more time was spent in the Ducks zone than our own. In general, the different lines seem to be gelling pretty well. We're on top of of every loose puck and have outshot the Ducks 29 - 7 (as I'm typing this, the Ducks still have not had a single shot on goal in the second).

This is definitely a good recovery that will help alleviate any worries that arose after Game 1.
